- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I give it one star because you can't post a zero star review. Do not bother with this waste of time. I persevered for a year with never being able to see a doctor, reception staff who can't be bothered to contact you and leave you waiting all day, messing up repeat prescriptions, not giving information to the hospital and other referrals repeatedly leading to consistent delays in health care and stressing me the f&@k out every time I had to call them about 50 times between 8am and 8:30 am to try to get an appointment for which I was told I would be contacted and then wait around all day for nothing and if I did get an appointment instead of seeing the doctor I would be seen by a pharmacist or nurse who couldn't help me because I NEEDED A DOCTOR.
