  Absolutely terrible service and doctors are useless can hardly ever get an appointment and when you do wrong diagnosis ect regular basis we've now decided to start a transfer to different surgery

  Gone are the days of being able to make an appointment, you have to ring after half past 8 to request a call back from doctor who decides if u need an appointment, can take over half an hour to get through and if you are luck enough to get answered if all the appointment slots have gone you are told to call back tomorrow, I went in to surgery to request call back two receptionists doing nothing told me I had to call and could not do this in person, I was two feet away and had to do this on a phone at my expense, what happens if someone can't afford to make a call,
